DSC is equipped with high quality hot metal and ecological arc furnace production lines. After recycling premium scrap, we use vacuum degassing and slag reforming to enhance the high cleanness of our steel; our fully enclosed casting process can ensure the inner quality, along with billet surface inspection and lapping production lines to enhance overall inner and outer qualities, offering steel products with high cleanness and high surface qualities to our customers. DSC’s billet leverages the advantages of high alloy residual and low harmful elements (phosphorus, sulfur) of arc furnace, provides better heat treatment performance and product characteristics. Moreover, we are able to exploit our own advantages, customized our products according to our customer’s needs, enhance the process quality of cold heading and creating values for our customers.
