In DSC, we not only sell steel material, but it is also our responsibility to further improve the safety of steel structure and better serve the society. We hold this responsibility as our goal and continue to conduct conferences with various topics, thus not only promote the aseismatic strength of our steel products, but also activates the communication between industries, providing win-win situation for customers and ourselves, achieving the goal of industries integration and sharing of profits.
Conference Topics
We have carefully designed a set of complete steel structure technical courses, including contents in production process, inspection skill, material specification, product application, structural design, building method, end product management and market trend. We will continue to timely correspond to market relevancy and adjust the discussion content of our conference, and further promote DSC’s steel material.
Testing Laboratory
DCS meets the requirement of ISO 17025 and we have officially acquired TAF testing certification in 2009/03/03, currently we are able to provide:
Welding quality management
- Steel structure assembly is mainly rely on welding and bolting, and welding quality is the key to decide building safety.
- Welding quality is decided by SOP and personnel trainings, and then by non-destructive testing to ensure the construction quality, so we can make continuous improvement.
- DSC has gained mass welding quality management and testing experiences via internal expansion construction.
- Currently, we are able to provide certification services for welding process and personnel qualification, as well as technical discussions and services in welding work management control and weld non-destructive testing, so we can effectively improve construction welding quality.
